My family moved to Peachtree City in June of 2006. We are in the "transition" phase of our lives....renting until we decide to buy. After reading all the post on this site, I was worried about our decision to live at the AMLI @ Peachtree City. Now I am glad that we went ahead and moved in. The main reason for choosing AMLI is that our 5 year old daughter is getting the best education at Kedron Elementary. That has been a blessing! Back to AMLI.... the apartments are really nice. Best I've ever seen as a renter and my husband and I joke that we are "professional renters". They let you paint your apartment to suit your taste as long as it is within reason. (The deal is that you have to paint it back before you leave.) We live in the largest of the apartments, 3bd. 2 bath at 1400 square feet with an attached one car garage. Plenty of space for a small family or less. If you have petsd, you will pay a large pet deposit, but it's worth it. The apartments are super clean for move in. It's a very family oriented community and lots of dog owners.... we can't go outside without seeing an owner walk his/her dog. It's great! AMLI has strict rules about pets and their waste. Most owners follow the rules, some may not. The pool is nice, but small. My daughter loves it and learned to swim in it within our first month of arriving. Perfect for young kids or adults wanting to just chill. There is a 24 hour weight room with a decent amount of equipment. Best part...it's free to residents. Also there is a local resident, Sandy, who offers free Yoga/Pilates classes twice a week. She's very sweet and very active in the community. The office staff may have a bad reputation with some of the posters, but I really can't agree. My experience with the office staff has been wonderful. They are all very friendly and willing to help you in any situation. Some may think that Morgan can be feisty, but she has a big heart and has done nothing but been great to my family. I like her because she won't take crap off of those trying to scam her. Some people you can never please. Any time we have had an issue with the apartment (which has only been about 2 times since we've been here) the problems were addressed quickly and sufficiently. We like all the maintenance crew, but adore Johnny. He's super friendly and eager to get the work done...and that he does. The grounds at the AMLI are beautiful and are maintained on a weekly basis. I am always seeing the guys out there doing something. We love our neighbors and have found live long friends through our kids at the pool, no less.
As long as you pay your rent and "keep your nose clean" ...meaning don't play music loud or make loud noises that bother your neighbors, etc.... You'll love living here at the AMLI @ Peachtree City. I just don't have any complaints. Stay tuned to this time next year...I'll make another updated post!

Are you the manager of this apartment complex?

No, I am not the manager. I've just had a good experience here so far. I do have friends in the complex who have issues with the staff on occasion, however they really like living here as a whole. My husband and I do our best to be good neighbors and tenants and it's worked for us. I can say that one thing I was peeved about this past summer is that our rent went up $70 a month. I guess we weren't expecting it to be that much. But you do what you have to do. Our main priority is our daughters education. Kedron Elementary is the #6 elementary school in the state of GA and it's definitely the best move we have made for our child. She's thriving and she loves it! All in all, we enjoy our apartment and neighbors.
