My husband and I have been renting here for just over 6 months. We have had problems since the beginning. On move-in day the leasing staff didn't even know that we were moving in and didn't have the lease ready, etc. Luckily it is a standard lease where they just import your names, but our truck and movers were waiting to load us into the apartment. From day one we have had maintenance issues. It seems like they have had to replace almost everything in the apartment so far and the a/c never seems to work correctly. We received a new a/c unit and it still says the temp in the apartment is 81. The office staff is totally useless, uninformed, and unpleasant. They pretend to be nice to everyone and then comes the stab in the back when you are leaving. This has been the most miserable experience and we wished that our home wasn't taking so long to build. We moved here from NYC and we thought the rent was reasonable (at least compared to what we were paying), but I wish that we had looked at renting a house instead...would have been the same amount of money. The amenities in the complex are not worth the money and the dumpster is constantly overflowing...makes for a really disgusting trash run.
