My girlfriend and I signed a lease with the amli for a full year and had to move out after six months. The management staff was full of young and pompous -------...We had a TICK infestation during the month of July, we found 40 ticks on our kitchen floor and hundreds of ants in our pantry, when we notified managment of this and showed them pictures and the tick in the jar they precided to tell me it was a roly-poly, which they obviously weren't b/c they didnt roly or poly and last time i checked roly poly's didnt pop out blood when you popped them. THey told us it would be a week until we got an exterminator and refused to take off any of our rent. They give you no formal notice of any relavent changes and try to find any reason to fine you and get as much money as they possibly can. Please, for the love of god, never ever live in this place. Unless every single person from management has been removed and bugs dont exist on the world anymore never live here. The only positive thing about this place is the kind and prompt maintenance services.

Why did you have to move out? You sound disgruntled - did you not pay your rent? A (your?) dog probably brought the pregnant tick in.
