The first four days we were here our air conditioning did not work at all and our famiy of five was put in a little two bedroom apartment. Of course we were still expected to have the full rent, not pro-rated as would be expected, in on time. We also moved in to ants, broken towel racks, missing outlet and switch covers, filthy blinds and windowsills, black handprints on the walls, severely scratched and beat up commode lids, tubs that wouldn't hold water, and other little overlooked details that failed to make us feel at home. Our heat pump was replaced four days after our original move in date and we then had terrific cool air for seven days. But our comfort was short lived for we then had several leaks in the actual unit. We are still currently without air. This is day two without it and we are waiting patiently. Also last night our water in the kitchen would not shut off so we did promptly receive a new faucet. None of my after hours call have ever been answered. And whoever is working the first half of the week in the office is generally quite short with me. Like all of this is our fault! To put it best, rent at your own risk!
