We lived here for a short time and was completely unimpressed. We were billed by the local electrical company for our usage and also by Balmoral. They withheld a portion of our security deposit for payment. So, in essence we have been double billed for our electrical usage - by our electrical company as well as the apartment complex. We have been in contact with management and they have yet to return our phone calls to put a resolution to this matter. Also, we had a ceiling leak and when I called maintenance to report it, he was very short and argumentative with me and questioned me if it was in fact a leak. I said it was very apparent that it was in fact a leak and that it was wet to the touch. He still acted as though it were my fault. The ladies in the office are also very rude. I would not recommend living here.
