Management lacks communication skills. When you ask for something to be done like pest control(because your neighbors are filthy pigs)They do not respond in writing or with a phone call. The pest control just shows up. All letters have the wrong date for services performed and you are just supposed to deal with it. Rent a apartment where the staff knows what they are doing.......

It used to be that you didn't have to ask to have your apartment sprayed they did it every month or two. Now you have to ask. When they did come in the past they had their little tank and sprayed the door thresh hold, all the windows, under sinks and everywhere else they could. Now the guy comes with a spray can and just spray under the sink. That's it and nothing else. Pathetic. I can't believe how much the services have gone down hill with the new management. Can't wait to move.
