I wish these reviews would reach more people! This review is not ficticious and is written by a conserned resident. The staff puts on a very good show until......you sign the lease. Maintenance issues are never addressed in a timley manner if EVER! There is a HUGE problem with roaches, something I have never had to deal with before here, very disquisting, oh I did I mention the occasional RAT the staff blames on the surrounding woods. The pool next to the leasing office has mold growing in the corners and consistently has foreign debris floating in it,really kind of ironic that this is the one they keep open. The kiddie pool has been roped off for months and the staff gives some ridiculous excuse that its going to be filled in and turned into a gazebo area. The other pool is actually nice because it basically had a makeover which took close to the entire summer, but guess what,its NEVER open! All this seems to fall on deaf ears at the office or when you call as a concerned resident. Thank goodness we are on a 6 month lease so we can relocate. I had rather pay extra and live in a nice community with a caring staff. Amli was recommended and I wish we would have listened!!
