I used to live here a couple years ago before the new management had taken over and though the old managment was very rude they got things done when you had a problem. This is my second time living here and under the new managment. I find the new managment to be much friendlier but incompetent of getting things done. I have things in my apartment that need to be fixed that I have been calling about for well over 7 months!!! Still nobody has came. The only time i got somthing fixed is where I called the regional manager to complain. When my air conditioner broke this summer during the biggest heat wave of the summer it took them 3 days to get me a new air conditioner and i had to stay in a hotel. I finally got a new air unit and my old one is still sitting out there with it. what an eye sore. I constantly have roaches. You tell them you need to the exterminator to come and they say "ok we'll put you on the list" but who knows if they really do. I don't know if the exterminator has been in my apartment because they don't leave anything saying they have been there. Then how about the pools never being open and never being clean'' This apartment complex is simply not worth what you have to pay..i could pay 700$ for a 3 bedroom in Union City and get the same thing.

This is exactly why we are moving. I would rather go back to dealing with the rude people who got things done than the nice people who don't do jack.
In my section it seems that the trees are more important than the tenants and the apartments. Really now, I mean come on.
We pay too much for this stupidness. So, we are moving to a larger apartment with more rooms that will cost $50.00 less than what we pay now. As for the pools, during the heat wave neither pool was open. The one by me looked clean about 1/2 the time but was always locked. Even after they put up notices saying when the pools would be open, they still were locked on those days. Nothing here is worth what we pay. So, we say buh bye, we're outta here.
