I moved in to this community at the start of major road construction in April, 2004 with a good buddy of mine. When we signed our 13 month lease, with our aprroved (& outstanding) credit were required to put down a safety deposit of $750 (1 months rent) but they would waive first month's rental payment. One month later, 2 friends of ours moved into an apartment in the same building and floor plan. Both with poor/no credit got the apartment (sans washer and dryer) w/o a safety deposit @ 725/month. We recommended them, as they marked on their lease and came no refferal reward!
May '05, signed 15 month lease @ $780/ month. The 2 year road project6 is slated to be completed august '06. (when our current lease ends) Never made a late payement. Never caused a problem with neighbors. We are quality tennants who suffered throughout the consrtuction for 2 years with 20 minutes/1 mile traffic jams and are rewarded with a stern $1013/month 12 month lease come August($1585/month if we have trouble making our decision before 06/09/06-25 days after we first got the letter) We got this lease offer just weeks after the Summit became Camden Apartments. So, a 30% increase in rent is necessary'''''' Appearantly! Nice Company :-(`
Will we be resigning''' No Sir, Don't Think So!!!!
