I have lived here for two and half years and am very happy overall. The construction is pretty solid...quiet as far as apartment complexes and walls go. Great amenities (archways in the apartment, gorgeous tiled floors in the kitchen, entry, and bathrooms, garden tub, oversized bathrooms, etc.). I am in the largest 2-2 with a huge balcony on the 3rd floor. THe water billing (and now trash valet billing-$25/month) are not fair, but this seems to be a new trend with apartments. Major rent increases lately...off the charts....probably because road construction is finally complete, etc. Maintenance is sometimes quick...sometimes takes multiple requests. Ample parking, great landscaping and upkeep, super close to restaurants and shopping. Great that police officers always seem to reside here...police cars always visibile in multiple parking lots. One of the best apartment complexes I have lived in..
