I am a working professional and was initially pleased with the friendliness of the staff upon showing me around the property and the apt itself. Right after getting my money however things changed . once they have your money they no longer care. I went away for a long weekend and left my trash out for their "valet" pick up but b/c I put it out at the wrong time I came back to find rotting garbage at my doorstep. They continued to pick up everyone else s and left mine. They will not sublet...so you are stuck loosing one month rent no matter what. They are rude, walls are thin, and I would never rent from one of their properties again. There were a few other problems but I have limited space here. Trust me when I say even if you pay more it s worth it. Management is terrible
