No problems whatsoever living here. Beautiful fairly new spacious apartments, quiet, with close proximity to eating places and shopping. We enjoy walking to dinner and shopping, no need to drive our cars. The neighborhood is very nice, off the beat and path once you enter the complex. Maintenance is thorough, timely. Office staff is friendly and responsive. Price is comparable to other apartments in the area, but took the tour of all and we chose this one. I suggest you do the same, see for yourself.
