I have lived here for 6 days now, from the first day that we got here,we could smell cigarette smoke that came into our apt. I think it comes from the heat ducts. My kids and I hate the smell. We our constantly sneezing. Not only that it's bad to inhale. That is second hand smoke. Also. while running my bath water, the bath would not even be full of water. Then I notice the water became cold. So I didn't have any hot water to rinse myself off with. So I told I called the office and then the maintenance guy came, he said the water heater was turned down low.
To my surprise the same thing happened the next day. No hot water for my husband to take a bath.
