The rooms are nice sized and the location is excellent, right in the heart of town. BUT, the physical plant is getting shabby. Things are updated AFTER you move out. The mini blinds are a different color, so from the street the curb appeal is about zero--hey just replace them ALL, the old ones are awful. Maintenance requests don't get followed up on in a timely manner, staff doesn't communicate. Some of the residents are loud and messy and don't abide by rules, but nothing is never done about it.
