I have lived here for 2 years and I would agree with some of the other comments. However, there is now a new owner/manager and things are getting much better. The grounds are finally starting to look nice again and the entire staff is friendly and willing to help. I have heard "this is your home and we want to make you happy" everytime I go into the office. I believe that they really do and that makes me feel better. I have decided to sign another lease for a year because of them.
