Gables is one of the oldest apartments in Peachtree City. Management and services are terrible. The buildings and grounds are old. Facilities are poor. Yet people went to Gables for one reason and one only. They were way cheaper than the other much nicer apartments around.

The new management is the worst I've seen. But surprisingly ineptitude does not stand in the way of ambition. All of a sudden the rent at Gables has increased so much that it's now more expensive than the luxury apartments in the neighborhood. I can't for the life of me imagine why anyone would pay more to stay in Gables when they can stay in a beautiful apartment complex with excellent services such as Camden.

After several years I'm moving out of here to Camden. The management was not sorry to lose me and didn't try to reduce the rent or even sound apologetic that they were losing a resident after four years.

Some day common sense will prevail and Gables will go back to being cheap. Lawanda will be fired. And life will be back to normal at Gables. But till then.. stay away!!
