I lived at Gables Court ten years ago and it was a nice place to live but after living there this year (2008), I would strongly recommend renters look elsewhere. The property is in terrible shape; security lights are not repaired or replaced; some areas are very dark and scary; neighbors are noisy; bugs are everywhere. Management will be all smiles BEFORE you sign a lease but turn nasty and unresponsive to requests after. You may pay more elsewhere but it will be money well spent. DO NOT rent here.
