Ashton Landing is a terrible nightmare! The kids are uncontrollable. Only persons that can live there is Section 8, and the people who are not on Section 8 live in disaster. The Property Manager is terribly rude. She does not seem to care about anything except her life, and money. You do not see her on the grounds anywhere to socialize with. She makes the maintenance man do everything.She does nothing but sit on her ass all day long, and does what' How can you sit at a desk for so many hours a day and has nothing to show for it' She is terribly fat, maybe that is why you don't see her on the property!I don't see why any managers above her do not see the poor work she does for this property.She is very racial person as well. You can tell that by how she presents herself! I wonder how she and the leasing agent move people in' They have nothing to show for! They strive to tell you that Ashton Landing is the perfect home, but in reality it's not! The Leasing agent that was there before the new one was wonderful. You would see her on the grounds constantly picking trash up, working with the maintenance man, socializing with residents, and playing with the kids! They were team players! Where did she go' She must have gotten tired of that old hag Manager. The maintenance man does what he can to make the property the way it should be, but it gets terribly ruin by people who live there and also the children! The maintenance man had to take the trash cans out in front of the buildings because people would not walk to the dumpster! They are so lazy, they take it to the trash cans in front of the buildings. If you have friends that want to visit, be careful! You will have no where to park! I would not recommend any one to Ashton Landing to save a life! They offer not activities for the residents! DO NOT LET THIS BE A HOME TO YOU!!!
