I MOVED TO ASHTON LANDING 7 MONTHS AGO AND IT HASN'T BEEN ANYTHING BUT A LIVING HELL!!THERE ISN'T ANY ASIGNED PARKING SPOTS FOR THE TENANTS.SO IF U DON'T GET HOME EARLY U HAVE TO PARK A HALF MILE FROM WHERE U LIVE WHILE VISITORS TAKE UP PARKING SPOTS.IT'S SO BAD THAT WHEN TENANTS COME IN LATE THEY ARE PARKING ALL ON THE CURVES AND THE GRASS CAUSE THERE'S NO WHERE FOR THEM TO PARK.(NOW YOU WOULD THINK THAT A SMART MANAGER WOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS)NO STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.A POLICE OFFICER LIVES IN THE COMPLEX THAT ANSWER TO EMER.CALLS.HE ANSWERS WHEN HE GET READY.HE DON'T GIVE TICKETS UNTIL MONDAY MORNINGS FOR PARKING ONLY TO HAVE THE OFFICE MANAGER TO THINK THAT HE HAS BEEN WORKING THE WHOLE WEEKEND.THIS MANAGER IS NOT HANDLING THIS MATTER IN A MATURE,PROFESSIONAL WAY.SHE IS PUNISHING THE ONES THAT IS HER TENANTS.I CALL THE AFTER HOUR LINE TO REPORT LOUD NOISE TWICE AND THE OFFICER OR NO ONE RETURN MY CALL.SINCE I HAVE BEEN STAYING HERE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN MOVING OUT BY THE DOZEN.THE OFFICE PUTTING FLYERS IN THE MAILBOX TO REFER FRIENDS.HELL NO!! I WOULDN'T TELL MY WORSE ENEMY TO MOVE HERE AND GET THIS KIND OF TREATMENT. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

Residents are always told if its an emergency to call 911 first, and then the pager for after that. There is one building out of five that does not have enough parking right in front of the breezeway, where this resident lives. Yes, all cars are that are parked in fire lanes, on grass and handicap parking (even if their are residents)are tagged with a warning that the car may be towed at their expense. This resident was given numerous warnings about parking in a fire lane, but would always move the vehicle. Then this resident was given a ticket for parking in a handicap parking space without having a handicap sticker or tag.
