This review should sum it all, This apartment complex is not good for happy families. If you have kids and don't like the "ghetto" Trust me!! DO NOT MOVE INTO ASHTON LANDING APARTMENTS!!!! First front staff don't care about the tenants needs, If you complain, you will be ignored. They just care about the rent money. They have a roach/bug problem, the noises of these kids late at night, WHERE ARE THE PARENTS'!!! And a Large amounts of Bully's, My kids can't even go outside to play due to these bully's. Don't be deceived by the Asian chick in the front office, she will smile and make it all easy to move in. Then when you sign the lease your stuck in the Ghetto. You want a taste of the streets of Compton, then come down to Ashton Landing.

I would like to know if this resident has ever lived in Compton? This resident asked WHERE ARE THE PARENTS? Was she out when the incident happened, the answer is NO. Per the lease all children are suppose to be supervised at all times. I know for a fact that because of this incident one family was given a 30 day Lease Termination Notice, so I don't think her compliants to the office staff are being ignored. Ashton Landing has pest control that comes the third Monday of every month, and visits each apartment. As for being stuck at Ashton Landing, if you break your lease you must pay a Lease Termination fee and if you moved in on a move in special you have to pay it back. Maybe that is why she says her family is stuck.

Stop explaining away your issues on your property, fix them, find ways to better your business. Find what can be done to increase your quality. Find the root of your problems, and ask yourself, "Why cant I keep tenants long term? And by you rebuttaling makes you more guilty. Just deal with it. Fix it
