I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and I love it. I love the staff since Judi left. At first I loved everything exept the office staff but now everything is perfect. I really think that whoever is saying that every good review is from the office staff because I'm not part of the office staff, how do I know that this is not just someone from leafstone or another apartment building. I love my unit and would love to give a special thanks to walter, merideth, riley, and angela

I read a lot of negative reviews before I came to see the lofts myself. The office management gave me a list of available apartments that would suit my needs, and I wandered through the complex for several weekends looking. The apartments on the pool side have more windows, but the riverside apartments have some really great views and wonderful white noise from the river. I've lived here since May, and I love my loft. I don't hear my neighbors, but I do hear people in the common hallways in the mornings, and after work. On festival days, noise usually stops by 10pm. It's an early to bed kind of town. Some of the buildings are quieter than others, and the lowest level has a bit of a damp smell from its proximity to the river, but you can choose your apartment carefully and avoid the features with which you can't live. I was looking for a place to live with character and a history, and I found it here. Management has responded quickly to my needs--usually the same day or next. The people are nice, the decks have grills you can use, and events like movies are sometimes held via a projector. It's comfortable and safe for a single female. I recommend it.
