GANGS, GANGS, GANGS. Management bad attitud and the said I could move out early because of the gangs and then refuse to give back my deposit. I paid a full rents deposit upon move in, however, once I moved out they claim all the deposit was not made, they charge moveo out early fee when managment promised that would not happen.
