I have been a resident at this community for almost a year now..When I first moved in the staff and maintence was on point but lately it takes two to three weeks just to get a repair fixed.. The current staff is very pleasant, and will try and work with you on whatevea the situtation may be... The rates on everything seem to increase dramatically.. They have this cable system that is higher than that regular cable companies around.. Your choice is very limited... They make changes very sudden with resident approval...I have had a good experience and would recomment it to anyone..
