Cover your butt when you move out

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
When you move out be sure to photograph every square inch. You will have to go to court to avoid the move out charges they will bill you for.

When I moved out 3 years ago I left the apartment spotless. Not so much as a nail hole in the walls ( I Never hung a picture up!)

Still they charged me $300 for repairs.
