I had the misfortune of staying in these apartments for short while. I did get not my heating, cooling, cooking gas turned on for 10 days despite repeated requests. Neither did I get my mailbox keys. I then decided to leave and informed them that I wanted to vacate the apartment. They did not respect their contractual obligations and reported all claimes to credit agency. Never ever deal with this management. I later heard that the owning company was convicted in a class action lawsuit and lost it badly.
NEVER stay in these apartments. Period.
