Rude management speaks volumes

At first site Belmont Crossing passes good look, great space catregory; however after meeting the management team, my brief visits to Belmont Crossing have proven to be a waste of my time, but I would never allow it to be a waste of my money. The rude female in management was impatient, unprofessional and nasty. As a prospective tenant, something as small as a smile and greeting would hae went a long way - instead I was rushed and given much attitude. I have seen first hand; not once but twice; that this is not the type of environment that a person who wants to come home to a relaxing and peaceful environment would choose to live. My suggestion (as a HR Manager) would be when hiring employees to remain mindful of thier character. I wish I knew the name of the staff member who sits at the front desk with a two-tone curly weave's name so I could put her on blast, but it does not matter. I see by the comments left that I am not the only one who has been subjected to these people. Wherever I choose to live, as long as I am paying my rent on time and am a model tenant I expect my questions to be answered in the same courtious manner as I ask them.
Get rid of the rude staff and maybe Belmont Crossing's ratings will sky rocket!
