I moved into Belmont Crossing in June 2007. My experiences overall have been good. Though there were a few rough moments at the beginning of my tenure there, I realize that it was primarily due to misunderstanding between myself and the staff. But I bless God because through the efforts of all concerned things have gotten much easier. Your initial experience with the Staff at Belmont Crossing is courteousness and they are well informed. They seem to know (recognize) all of their tenants and that's key where safety is concerned. If I had to rate the staff on a scale of 1-10 (1-worst; 10-best) they would receive a 7, simply because there's always room for improvement.
