I am due to renew my lease at Belmont Crossing by June 1st. As you can see it has been almost a year now since I moved in to this location. I've only experienced one challenging moment while living at Belmont Crossing and I realize that when you learn to work with others with the right/proper attitude, it makes living and residential managing easier from both perspectives. From my observations here at Belmont Crossing, the staff is well knowledgeable concerning their particular functions or duties. (The maintenance staff could use some work though!) They are always polite and courteous and as far as I am concerned, I would recommend anyone that asks to Belmont Crossing Apts. If you are receiving "attitude" from any one on the staff I also recommend that you "check out" your own attitude before finding fault in them. I salute Tracey, Tahirah, Shantress and Leslie for a job well done. It's not easy!
