I've been a resident of this community for a few months and my major issue is with the management team. At first glance the apartments are very beautiful and neatly constructed but if you have an maintenance issue with your apartment, you will be playing the "waiting game" to see when it will get addressed properly. The apartment complex makes up their own rules as they go. Their is no outgoing mailbox, you literally have to go to the leasing office to drop your outgoing mail into their personal box. So they have the potential of knowing who you're sending mail out to. Not only that, but one particular female in the office have a very unprofessional and unpleasant attitude and persona. On this certain occassion she lied in my face on a very important matter and justified herself by saying she had the authority to do something she had no business, obligation, nor authority to do. If I am a resident that always pay rent on time and a model tenant at that then why would you have to deal with business being conducted in this matter' I seriously would not recommend this apartment to anyone because it's like you're being treated as a child.

Dear Anonymous,
Belmont Crossing's maintenance team works very hard to complete service requests in a timely manner. If you moved in during the summer at the peak of the AC season, servicing AC units would take precedence over a non-emergency service request. However, we take all service requests and treat them high priority. Belmont Crossing Apartment Homes enforces policies and procedures we adhere to that represents our management company and our leasing staff never make up our own rules. We have added an outgoing mail bin inside our leasing office as a convenience for our residents. We never display an act of looking at resident's outgoing mail. You are more than welcome to take your outgoing mail to any USPS and are not obligated to mail it from the leasing office. As far as the incident that you are speaking of, I have no knowledge.

I can not believe every message that the Belmont Staff takes time to address they could be responding to a tenants needs. Instead, they rather TYPE rebuttals...the outside don't care when you and your staff try to clean up a situation...it is what it is. You guys need to leave the public alone. THE MANAGEMENT HERE IS SAD...
