DON'T DO IT! - You get what you pay for! There is a reason the rent is low!

It is my earnest opinion that the owners (Nals - www.nals.com) is not concerned about the living conditions, nor the management capabilities of their properties. I would not reccomend that anyone live within this facility as it is not only unsafe, it is very poorly managed. The property manager has no concern for the residents nor for the care of the property. When I signed my lease agreement, I was told that I could move in on the 1st, when I arrived with my belongings, the apartment was not ready and the leasing agent (Chantress) indicated that she had me down for moving in a week later. I had to wait three hours to get my keys, and the apartment was not completed. The buildings are not cleaned and the is a major pest issue with carpenter bees eating at the foundation and Roaches of all kinds! THE BIG ONES AND THE LITTLE ONES! The trash piles up outside of the dump area, they throw away furniture right in front of the entrance, and the residents leave trash right in the parking lots, and it will stay there for days! This is a very unclean and poorly managed facility and you work hard for your money each month, and they only care to take your rent and provide no service! DON'T DO IT!
BY THE WAY, I THINK IT IS SO VERY OBVIOUS THAT THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS RUN POORLY AND WITH UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT. ON EVERY REVIEW, THEY HAVE AN EXCUSE! WHY DON'T THEY JUST DO THEIR JOBS AND THEY WON'T HAVE TO WASTE TIME WRITING EXCUSES TO COVER UP FOR THE MANY POOR REVIEWS THEY HAVE RECEIVED. SHAMEFUL!

We of Belmont Crossing Management would like to apologize that your stay here was not to your standards. What appalls me the most is why you would stay the length of time that you did with Belmont Crossing when there are other communities in the area that our comparable to our pricing. You indicated that you resided from 2006-2009. Property Management doesn't consist of only answering phones and leasing to prospects. It consists of a wide range of duties and responsibilites from maintenance to budgeting. We have 316-units and a twenty year old community which we try an address everyone's needs in a timely manner. It is the responsibility of the resident as well as management to do their parts. Maintenance takes the time every morning to pick up paper and trash that the residents throw out onto the grounds. They also take part to keep the dumpster area clean after residents and non-residents leave large peices of furniture in front of the dumpster area. Unfortunately, the dumpster is located across from the leasing office instead of in the back of the communitiy. This is an added convenience for residents to drop off their trash on the way out. As far as your move in date, that could easily have been a miscommunication between you and your leasing consultant. We do not tend to make excuses instead we shoot straight from the hip and we know are jobs, well.

I think who ever responds to the messages for belmont crossing is a RUDE individual. You should SPEND more time FIXING this property then on the computer TALKING CRAP, just because someone doesn't agree with how you do things. GET A LIFE!

What you say is true about this complex, I moved here without checking in to anything. And I was one of the worst experience I've ever been through. I don't want to see this happen to anyone else, but not everyone is a victim. Just be careful...
