Belmont Landing would be a great place to be if it wasn't for other residents and their attitudes. Every time I see one of my neighbors, they are always complaining about something. I've been in their apartments and if they would keep their place cleaned up, there wouldn't be all these "maintenence problems." I think that the office staff is really nice myself. Never had any problems. And I've seen our main men around at all hours helping people out. As far as the new owners go, rent is rent. Budget your money people. They are trying to help us out, but the ungrateful don't see this. I know Equity left them with a bunch of stuff, so ease off. I love it here and others do to. Personally, I can't wait for all the "crabby" people to leave so it will return to being a nice place to live.

Please put the Meth down, it is melting what is left of your feeble brain. Hey stupid, if EVERYONE is complaining except you then guess what? You're a freaking moron. Who wouldn't complain if their roof is leaking, half their apartment is without electricity, people are being shot, drugs being sold, pit bulls are running loose, young teenage wannabe thug rappers are loitering EVERYWHERE, gunshots are heard nightly, police are performing drug raids, the pool is never open, their air conditioning doesn't work, their dishwasher is broke, the smoke alarms are defective (which is a violation the Fire Dept would love to hear about), people are being robbed, apts are being broken into, cars are being vandalized, the carwash is broke, half the stuff in the fitness center is broken and hell EVEN THE DAM DUCKS IN THE POND HAVE LEFT! I can't wait for all the people leave too so this idiot can have this hell hole all to themselves. What an idiot!
