The leasing staff are utterly disrespectful. They smile and charm you before you move in and once you're in they talk to you like a child, raise their voice and make promises they never keep. Maintenance is a joke. I had a leak for six months, mildew and mold and nothing was done about it until I harassed the agents for the 100th time. The apartment was in horrible condition when I moved in. Nothing like the model I previewed. The water bills are terrible and I don't even have a washer and dryer! They divide the water bill between everyone regardless of how much you actually use. There have been two shooting incidents in the last couple of months and numerous car thefts. The gates are never closed so people come and go as they please.The lock on my door was broken for months before someone came to fix it. The people in the office are so unorganized(or thiefs) because now they claim I never paid a security deposit. It is not in their computers yet I have the money order stub. Hidden fees are everywhere! If you are thinking about moving here, think twice. Two weeks into the lease you will want to get out.
