I have lived here almost 2 years. The management staff has changed hands 4 times that I am aware of. They will promise you the moon and stars to get your money. But once you're here it's a nightmare on Webb Road. I signed my lease with my dog on the agreement. Now they are telling me she has to go. Well how do you get rid of a family member. Since moving here the gates have never worked. But I spent $45 dollars for gate keys. I haven't swam in either of the two pools because of being closed by the health dept. The crime rate here is so bad that I am afraid to go outside my apartment at night. We have had several shottings and murders here. Cars have been broken into, Muggings have occured, the office treats you like a dollar sign but won't take care of any problems. Example of that is: My upstairs neighbor had a faucet leaking in her kitchen. we both called the office to complain. Me because it was coming in through my light fixture. After 4 days they fixed her pipe and took a pencil and jabbed a hole in my ceiling to drain the water. I had to mop up the mess. I can't begin to explain the depths of my hatred for this place. When I mentioned the ant problem to the office they didn't say a word to me. My whole building was having so much problem with them. I had them an inch thick in my fridge. I have pictures to prove it. I gave my notice through a certified letter and now they are taking me to court to sue me. Well GOOD LUCK!!! I have documents after document of them saying their empty promises. The gate will be working soon. Right! They had the nerve to tell me that the fire dept was the reason it doesn't work. I am sick of their excuss after excuss. They can take that whole complex and put it where the sun doesn't shine. If you move here you are a fool!!!!
I can't rate them on this scale because it doesn't go low enough...

well i am with you if you need a witness in court!!!! i want to take them down
