On a scale from 1 to 10...This place is a negative 4,000

We moved into Belmont Landing (8104 Webb Road, Riverdale GA 30274) on May 1, 2007. We have had nothing but problems with the onsite managment, and I mean problems from day 1. The send repair men who have the intelligence of a rusted nail. We've been asking for our boiler to be fixed from day one. Our apartment still has walls that have not been painted. The security systems does not work, and recently somone had their door kicked in and their apartment destroyed.


If you are looking for a place to stay, please do not choose this place, because you are really wasting your money, and happiness in your life.

Please go to the website www.monterone-aka-mansionsonthegreen-victims.com. There is so much information to help the many victims of CNC Investments. The company itself will do nothing for the tenants I don't care how much you complain.

as of Dec 27,2008 there have been so many people to move out without proper notice. There are no way management can keep up this property without bankruptcy protection. There have to be over two hundreds vancany. Very poor poor management. I have been here only one year,and My lease is up in Feb,2009.I will not be signing a new lease. Can't wait to move. Trying very hard not to break by lease. Just up and leave like other people around here have. very hard not to do.

ANTS AND ROACHES, PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE, I AGREE WITH ALL COMMENTS MADE.THEY CHANGED MANAGEMENT RECENTLY AND NOTHING CHANGED FOR THE BETTER. THE FRONT ENTRANCE GATE HAS NEVER WORKED AND THE ONLY THING THAT APPEARS NICE IS THE LEASING OFFICE,AFTER THAT THEY HAVE NOTHING BUT DISASTER INSIDE SINKS LEAKING,WATER DAMAGE TO CARPET AND WOOD UNDER SINK, SORRY MAINTENANCE, AND HORRIFYING ANTS AND ROACHES, INDEED IF YOU WANT HAPPINESS AND COMFORT DO NOT MOVE HERE. THEY WONT EVEN INFORM YOU IF THERE IS TROUBLE ON THE PREMISES!!!!!!
