Arriving at the complex of Belmont Landing makes you think that the complex is nice and safe w/ the security gates and the entrance. Belmont Landing is one of the worse apartment homes in Clayton County. The Management is very unprofessional and uneducated which can be considered from the way they run the complex and handle business. They are very careless w/ rental payments and will post a late notice on your door w/in 2 business days after your monthly payments is due. This has happened several times and when you provide them w/ receipts it is never an apology offered. They offer decent specials to get to sign a lease but once you sign a lease you are there dealing with the noise and apartment that has millions of things that need to be fixed. They DO NOT follow up on any work orders and they let you go for months w/out attempting to get things fixed. Their occupancy rate is so slow until they are willing to move anyone one in as long as they sign a lease. Yes the model looks nice but nothing like the apartment you will be residing in. The gates have not worked in over a year and they charged everyone that had even been living there for a year or so a $10.00 fee to purchase a gate card and it is still not operational. It is very sad the way residents are treated.. If you are going to pay rent then you should not have to move into an apartment patching up anything. Some of the apartments that are on the bottom level are can not be rented to anyone due to the mildew in the home so therefore is you move in to an apartment that has these conditions under you then you can't run your air conditioning because the smell is awful. HAS THIS BEEN FIXED..OF COURSE NOT..HAVE THE MANAGEMENT STAFF BEEN NOTIFIED..OF COURSE..MILLIONS OF TIMES....I just want to warn whomever is thinking about this complex. Please dont sign a type of lease here......
