Well where do I start lets start with the murders there has been over "4" THAT'S RIGHT FOLKS OVER FOUR murders in this property, endless break-ins as far as the apartments and your cars!!!!! The Management Hump Please the Manager ------- does not give a rats ass about the residents unless its renewal time and then she's your friend if you have a issue she becomes a evil nasty don't give a damn attitude type of "B#@!" The Carelessness comes from when the assistant Manager -------- constantly sticks late notices on your door even though you have a signed receipt from someone in their office saying that your rent was indeed paid and without it being paid late!!! Then she always tries to smooth it over by saying oh it was just a error in my system and disreguard the letter! Well I could disreguard it if i could stop getting them!!!!!! Mold is in over ten apartments at least how do i know this because the maintenance is so piss poor that on the vacant apartements the doors are either left open unlocked or the blinds are wide open or none at all showing all of the black mold on the inside not to mention the smell of it from the outside in the breezehall area!
Not only that they the office ladies (lack of) when they don't want you to hear what they are saying about resident they speak in their native spanish tongue!!!
especially the lighter skinned one Indirea she has a very nasty attitude and likes to hang up on when you "try" to ask her a question about anything the other darker one with one eye uses a lot of profanity in the office always and she just has a very laid back attitude in which translates to she don't do absolutely Sh@t!!!!

SO MORAL TO THIS STORY IS DO NOT LIVE HERE THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT SHOULD SERIOUSLY CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN AND VICTOR HILL SHOULD SERIOUSLY COME INVESTIGATE THIS PROPERTY THE MANAGEMENT CNC INVESTMENTS AS WELL AS THE OFFICE STAFF!!!

I totally agree with this assessment. "Hell"mont landing is a complete joke. Those females (can't even call them ladies) in the rent office are an embarrassment to women EVERYWHERE and of EVERY COLOR! The maintenance crew is a bunch of lazy weed smoking sorry azz lames that MAY be able to spell the word "maintenance". I swear if my mother had not raised me right as a man, I would have straight up whooped that manager's ass. I still can't believe that trick walked up on me like she wanted to get physical and she had no idea who I was. I am willing to bet she is going to do that to the wrong dude/female (she ALMOST did that with me!)and end up on CNN.com For real, only my fear of the Lord (and my mama) kept me from seriously injuring that ignorant, ghetto, unprofessional ho. The gym is full of roaches and mosquitoes AND the water fountain probably still doesn't work. We went TWO summers waiting on a pool man. My A/C stopped working and the maint crew couldn't fix it. There were murders and drug dealers there when I lived in this dump and I moved last summer (THANK GOD!). When I first got to this ish-hole, they moved me in an apartment with a broke dishwasher and didn't come and fix it for SIX MONTHS and just think people- I was a brand new resident and they STILL didn't care or do ish about it for months. It should be against the law for this place to be open. Homeless people are living better than the residents of "Smell"mont Landing. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN AWAY THIS PLACE!! If the roaches, mosquitoes, drugs, killers, or lack of air conditioning in July doesn't get you, the manager will.

WOW...I've had the opposite experience and I've lived here since Oct of 2007. ------- and ------- are very nice and since they have been there the property has changed. When I ask for anything to be taken care of, it is done. I do know why you both are using such negative language towards are own black women. Won't you print it and show it to both of your mother's.

I agree, to Ms. I've had the opposite experience"- JUST SAY NO TO DRUGS...or better yet stop posting here cause you have to be a part of that mgmt- you're not fooling anyone. ANd as far as that ignorant comment about "black women" and showing it to my mother- I HAVE and she agreed you moron. Those aren't "women", those are ignorant, uneducated, unprofessional, just glad someone hired their dum azz, no clue having, GHETTO azz tricks so please kill that nonsense. I would never address a woman like that, but I'll talk about an ignorant ho like that ALL DAY and that's what they have there.
