I lived at this complex for 3 years. Many people were killed, assaulted, shot at, fights, cars broken into and apartments broken into.. They are not liable for any of these things but they should be especially when crimes are committed by residents who don't live there and if the gate worked, if would offer some protection. What you have to remember is that the owners don't care about you..All they want is your money. Management is going to do as little as possible and maintenance are probably not as quailfied as they should be. It's been like that for at least 6 years now. When CNC investments bought the property, it started to go down. What the tenants also have to remember is, riverdale as a whole has been going down for the last 10 years so business owners are not to quick to spend a whole lot of money on something that the general public is just going to damage or have no respect for. For those of you who are serious about wanting better, move out. Sometimes you are just fighting a losing battle. The gates on this property did not work for 2 of the years I was there, and they still don't work. Most of the people living there are also-----------------. And for the most part, we have trouble uniting and starting petitions. Call the news stations and show them the mold, the rats (if any), leaky pipes, etc..Document everytime you talk with someone in the office, what was said and who you spoke with. Record them if possible.
I'm not saying be nosey, but if you believe that there is drug activity, call the police department and voice your concerns. I have been blessed to move on and find a home in another county. I pray that you all will find the same.

It is sad Ms ---------------- that you would post such negative comments regarding the company you use to work for. I learned from a resident that you posted these comments and I will mentioned it to the property manager.

-------, I just read what you posted above in relations to what I had written above. I am guessing you wrote that in response to the paragraph i wrote above. I am not ---------------- though. But if she ever reads this, she could probably take you to court for putting her name out there like that for saying she wrote something she did not. I have never worked for belmont landing and I never would. I was only a tenant there for a few years. So you have called out the wrong person. Also, I only knew one of the tenants that lived there and that's only because we worked together. But again, you must be careful how you put people's names out on the net. Take care.
