So if Belmont is the place where you want to call home I hope you have your life insurance policy paid up and have never been late a day in paying it, because whoever your beneficiary is will be needing that money very soon. There is not a one single perfessional person left in that entire office, because the two few that they had are no longer employed there!!!!!!! And you should contact the Clayton County, and Riverdale Police department and get some information reguarding all of the murders, breakins and see exactly how many felony's and strippers reside within that community, but who knows maybe you will fit right in!!!!!

Your boss will find out that you only hire your family members----------- which is your blood, and her husband ---------- (maint.) by the way who smuggles his puerto rican girlfriend into vacant units and has sex with them, and she (the girlfiend brings in the drugs) oh yeah the Office staff is in on the drugs here at Belmont Landing ya'll! How do I know cause I use to watch it with my own eyes as a resident! and she had the nerve to evict me, well karma is a ----- and it's here to bit you in your ass Ms ----! not only is india her cousin but she lives in ms ----'s old house. I'm gonna contact CNC Investments to see if they know this vital information!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And they love speaking in their native language thinking their talking over your head, but little did they know that yes i understand spanish very well and to confirm my thoughts on the office staff being blood relative ms ---- and ms ---- and ---------- ms ----, india little girl calls him daddi! and not to mention any names a complete conversation was leaked to me and my spanish speaking confidant indicated that yes indeed ------- and india are 1st cousins, because ms ------- also threatened to put india out of her house because ms ------- thought someone told her boss that they were cousins and wnted her to find another job. tis, tis, tis, now that isn't nice now is ms. ----. But also what ms ------- doesn't know, is that the girl who is very dark skined with one eye also discusses with india how ms ------- husband is having a affair!!!!! Belmont landing is a joke and a soap opera Residents do you really wanna live around this --------??????

ok I have been a resident for 5 years and I LITERALY HATE THAT PLACE NOW When I first moved there it was under Equity Homes and it was managed buy a person of another race an things were fine but every since CNC Investments and ------- the current manager walked in the door in July of 2007 she has done nothing but LIE LIE LIE LIE!!!! In 2007 for 8months I was living in an apartment with non-working stove a broken mailbox, and termites yes I said termites pushing threw my wall. Oh I mind you the termites are still trying to make their way in!!! I spoke with ------- and sold me nothing but a LIE, she kept telling me that she was going to fix my items, and they did not in a timely fashion, I had to call the district office and they were rude, and speak with her boss Tommie and then speak with the regional manager Mike to get tem to them to fix my items and I had to fight to get them to give me concessions on my rent for August of 2007. They were going to try to evict me due to me not paying my rent I refused to pay rent to a place and I cant get satisfactory service. Out of 5 years I have never been late on my rent I mean NEVER and I had to literally fight with these people to get tem to give me half off my rent??? Oh and the turn over in that office is HORRIBLE they have new people in there every month, people quit left and right!!!! I had a couple of the girls that left this year tell me that they are trained to say that they will get a tech to your apartment when really they are not. The workers even say ------- the property manager is a lier, and her 1st cousin Indira is a lier too (Spanish chic)??? the plot still thickens, even today this week ------- has lied once again !!!! My ac keeps breaking and the eminence man on June 02, advised them that I needed a new unit and ------- told me that they put one in, well you know ------- LIED AGAIN, not only did she lie to me she lied on the ambience sup who is about to leave. I do not have a new unit and out of 5years my carpet has never been cleaned and, the dirt (termites) is till pushing thru my wall. I had to beg her to get a copy of my key so they can go in make repairs to my ac, I am contact with the corporate office again today about ------- telling LIES, AND I REFUSE TO GIVE THEM ALL MY RENT AND THEY KEPT ME IN THE HOT FOR OVER A WEEK THEY ARE SHITTING ME!!! I know you all are wondering I am still there well I am leaving at the end August and I am going to make my way to that leasing and warn everybody about that complex!!!!! People BE WARE OF ------- LAYNE BECAUSE IS SELLING YOU A LIE!!!! WHEN I GET HER BOSSES NAME NUMBER I will put it out here for you folks!!!!! OH AND I GOT WORD THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO CLOSE THE APARTMENTS DOWN AS WE SPEAK, THAT CAME FROM SOMEONE WORKS IN THE OFFICE !!!! SHHHH YOU DID NOT HEAR IT FROM ME!!! OH AN THE OWNER NAME IS CHARLIE AND HE IS LOACTED IN HOUSTON TX!!!!!! BE AWARE OF ------- LAYNE THE CURRENT PROPERTY MANAGER!!!! OH AND I SPOKE WITH A GUY WHO TOOK THEM TO COURT IN JUNE TO GET OUT OF HIS LEASE BECAUSE OF -------???S LIES!!!!!!
