ok I have been a resident for 5 years and I LITERALY HATE THAT PLACE NOW When I first moved there it was under Equity Homes and it was managed buy a person of another race an things were fine but every since CNC Investments and V.Layne the current manager walked in the door in July of 2007 she has done nothing but LIE LIE LIE LIE!!!! In 2007 for 8months I was living in an apartment with non-working stove a broken mailbox, and termites yes I said termites pushing threw my wall. Oh I mind you the termites are still trying to make their way in!!! I spoke with V.Layne and sold me nothing but a LIE, she kept telling me that she was going to fix my items, and they did not in a timely fashion, I had to call the district office and they were rude, and speak with her boss Tommie and then speak with the regional manager Mike to get to them to fix my items and I had to fight to get them to give me concessions on my rent for August of 2007. They were going to try to evict me due to me not paying my rent I refused to pay rent to a place and I cant get satisfactory service. Out of 5 years I have never been late on my rent I mean NEVER and I had to literally fight with these people to get them to give me half off my rent Oh and the turn over in that office is HORRIBLE they have new people in there every month, people quit left and right!!!! I had a couple of the girls that left this year tell me that they are trained to say that they will get a tech to your apartment when really they are not. The workers even say V.layne the property manager is a lier, and her 1st cousin Indira is a lier too (Spanish chic) the plot still thickens, even today this week V.layne has lied once again !!!! My ac keeps breaking and the tech told me on June 02, that I needed a new unit and V.lanye told me that they put one in, well you know V.layne LIED AGAIN, not only did she lie to me she lied on the tech who is about to leave. I do not have a new unit and out of 5years my carpet has never been cleaned and, the dirt (termites) is till pushing thru my wall. I had to beg her to get a copy of my key so they can go in make repairs to my ac, I am contact with the corporate office again today about V.layne telling LIES, AND I REFUSE TO GIVE THEM ALL MY RENT AND THEY KEPT ME IN THE HOT FOR OVER A WEEK THEY ARE SHITTING ME!!! I know you all are wondering I am still there well I am leaving at the end August and I am going to make my way to that leasing and warn everybody about that complex!!!!! People BE WARE OF V.LAYNE BECAUSE IS SELLING YOU A LIE!!!! WHEN I GET HER BOSSES NAME NUMBER I will put it out here for you folks!!!!! OH AND I GOT WORD THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO CLOSE THE APARTMENTS DOWN AS WE SPEAK, THAT CAME FROM SOMEONE WORKS IN THE OFFICE !!!! SHHHH YOU DID NOT HEAR IT FROM ME!!! OH AN THE OWNER NAME IS CHARLIE AND HE IS LOACTED IN HOUSTON TX!!!!!! BE AWARE OF V.Layne THE CURRENT PROPERTY MANAGER!!!! OH AND I SPOKE WITH A GUY WHO TOOK THEM TO COURT IN JUNE TO GET OUT OF HIS LEASE BECAUSE OF V.LAYNE'S LIES!!!!!!

Well this person that posted this message wrote this along with the Reginald Peters the maintnace supervisor...He is a crack head and drinks while on the job. You need to smell him when he arrives to your apartment..oops you won't see him cause he does not due anything. Since he arrived nothing has been done and the property looks depressing. He came to my apartment to fix a leak 5 times before finally repairing it and it still leaks. I work for another property management company and I had to ask one of my maintenance guys to fix it for me. He does not know anything. I heard that he flunked the maintenance test from one of his guys that he brought to work at the property and he is no longer there. Hmm I wonder why. I also heard from other residents that he threaten CNC Investments in order to get his job back and that is why the previous people are not their. He has lots of juice on CNC Investments. We need to band together to have that company investigated. How can they have a person like Sandra a pill poper working on that property serving us. She has on numerous occassions ask me for pain pills. Watch her, her lips quicker, she is rude, and shakes. She is crazy and while I was in office she started yelling at people for no reason. If you are looking for a place do not go there. You have a drunk and crack head as a maintenance supervisor, a pain killer addict, and a fat cow that is so lazy.

Wow!! Now let me set the record straight with all this finger pointing. Veronica the old asst manger that wrote the comment from 8/14/08 is a worthless ugly -----. I used to work at Belmont landing for a short while my name is JANELLE figuring that I am the only person women enough to say who I am because I have nothing to lose. Veronica was the person drinking on the job, outside the job and sexing any ---- that crosses her path. Honestly she needs help that only God and AAA can do. Veronica and Vanessa were lying to everyone because the old management company was ---- and Veronica and Vanessa was ghetto and did not know how to run a property. Sandra is not a pill popper she was just caught in the middle of the cross fire. Reginald the maintance supervisor had no supplies to work with because cnc investment was slum lords. Veronica the ----- that wrote that last stupid comment is just mad cause her ass got fired and she though she was sitting pretty with her tacky ass weaves and crusty feet walking around the office bare feet and that hoe has nerve to talk about somebody. That hood rat needs to stop. She cant be trusted if she can bad talk her own ghetto ass best friend who is anybody else she don??????t respect her self so I cant really expect much from trash like that.
