The manager never leaves her office even to talk to us. The new office people are rude and the assistant is ghetto. They also never answer the phone. The only old person is Sandra and she dedicates her time talking about the previous manager and the people that work there. The supervisor to the technician is mean and does not do anything. If you come out you can find him in the office not working on these apartments that are falling apart. There is also major drugs on the complex and the supervisor knows about it. Come out when the office is closed and you will really see HELLMONT...not Belmont. During the summer my air conditioner was out for a month and I was told it would be fixed but it never happened. Then a white man came to see about it and fixed the problem because the supervisor did not know how fix it. This is the worst place. Keep going do not stop

I am also a resident of belmont landing. i just moved over here and you all are right.The new office staff are a JOKE and maintenace in belmont landing is a bigger JOKE!! No matter how many times I call the office about any matter the situations are never resolved at least when Vanessa and Indiria were there it took a minute but it finally got done.I have been calling for the past 2 weeks about some issues that I have, I have spoken with Donna and Sandra but still NO results. I have only been here for 2months and it has already been a diaster for my family and I. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone. I HATE I MOVED IN MYSELF!!

I am a current resident of belmont landing and you all are liars!!! I pay my rent on time, every month, I follow my lease to the T, I stay to my self. So when I had issues regard my apartment!! Maintenance emergencies, I was continously ignored!!! I'm was tripping to learn that david was a maintenace man that had been in my apartment several times and come to find out he was a murder. I was really positive about the new office staff because I felt like the old staff really didn't care. But come to find out the new staff is just as bad. I called Donna about several issues that I had and she NEVER returns calls. The NEW maintenace man LIES promises to come and fix stuff but doesn't the 24 hr maintenace is a LIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I fell like the new staff is the same as the old, lol. I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here. I will not be resigning my lease in MARCH!!!

I have been living at Belmont for two years and now is time to go. The new staff is worst and maintenance is really a joke. Reginald lies lies and lies. He will tell you that he will have your repairs done but he never gets it done. He sits in the office and does nothing. Why doesn't Donna the new manager say anything, oh I forgot she sits in her office and does not see anyone. She leaves the problems to drug junky Sandra and the other ghetto tricks. I cannot wait to leave.

ok i was loking into moving herer but hearing all ur reviews iam thinking that over. but my question is to those who say it really bad etc but have lived here for 2 plus years. why stay when u so unhappy a lease is 6 -12 months , so if ur unhappy u should move, not complain and stay......
