I have only lived in these apartments for 5 months. My ceiling in my bathroom was leaking from the tenant above me. they fixed the leak, but because of the leak i have mold mildew,from the ceiling and it has went all through the wallpaper just as the other tenant was complaining about. I told management about this matter. They sent me an advance notice notifying me that they will come and fix the ceiling. It has been a month and it still is not done. I talked to management about this; nothing still has not been done. There is lack of communication between management and tenants which is very important. As of now i am thinking of breaching my lease because of this. No one could or should live like this.
