I moved here in February 2005 and the heater didnt work I had to buy a space heater for me and daughters room. We would wake up to a cold house. They never fixed the heaters and the air conditioners are just as bad. My sister also lives here also and she has been having the problems too. When a service order is put in you have to call them numerous times to finally get it fixed. You can hear everything through the walls so you know everything that your neighbor is doing..including using the bathrroom and taking showers. The walls are very thin. They keep the front apartments looking good but go around to the people that live on the back side. All kinds of mildew and I was told when I was being show the apartment that they were going to pressure wash my building 5 months later nothing. I would not recommend anyone to move here not for the price that they are asking for. They may give a month of free rent but I dont think that it is worth it.
