Although the apartments are nice, you must watch your belongings! There are 10 units in my building and all the tenants except 2 have been vandalised/robbed. And their are currently only 5 apartments being occupied in my building. The tenants suspects its maintenance but they say it's the company we keep. Their have been instances of no forced entry, meaning with a key! Who do you believe' The pool situation also frustrates me! When I first moved in they told my mom that I didn't need to be on the lease because I was her daughter (I was 18). Well now I'm 21 and I can only get in the pool if my mom signs in and stays at the pool with me. Ugh! Their is stuff broken around the apartment but we don't want maintenance in to fix it!
