I dont know where some of these people come up with this but my experience at Chateau Forest Apartments has been great. They have a great Maint Staff and the apartments are extremely nice I have no problems with bugs I think it is just who your neighbors are and if they are clean. What I like best about it is the Management Staff live on the premises. Dont let these other reviews scare you away I am a 10 year resident and I feel safe and secure and this is a decent place to call HOME.
