Let me preface this review with one simple observation. Look down the list of reviews, and see how many NO's you see that are "infested" themselves with stupidity. Are you really going to trust the opinion of an individual with the mind of a third grader' For those of you that wrote those reviews, please go back to school. You will find out that proper grammar is a large part of credibility. In any case, let me continue.


I have lived out here for years, more than the people mentioned above could probably ever hold a stable residence. What do you expect when you try to cram six people in an efficiency meant for two' It's painfully obvious that is the case. Proper hygeine and cleanliness will go far...


I can confidently say that I have NEVER had a problem with bugs. Of course, maybe cleaning my apartment more than once a decade helps. While the maintenance sometimes does take a day or two to come out and fix problems, what can you expect' Overall, I believe I would reccommend this complex to someone who wanted to move into this area.
