This place has been renovated and under new management. The apartments are all renovated with new appliances and new carpet. It is always quite because they are leasing up after the renovation. When I applied they did a credit and criminal history check on me, so I feel confident that there are people that live here that were screened like I was. It's not called Wrens Crossing anymore- now it's called Emerald Pointe. The staff is nice and maintenance requests are done in a timely matter. I like it here.

You must live on the 2nd floor! Yeah the adults are screened, but what about all the children that are tearing up the place. Should I upload a picture of the overloaded garbage dumpsters and the gang of guys that's always outside? JAMCO let me know if you want pictures to prove my pointe. Leasing and maintenance are great and can only do so much; they cannot police the gangs of kids.
