When I first moved to Emerald Point in Feb. 2007 everything was great. The staff and the managers were great. Then the manage that was there when I signed my lease left. The second manage that was there was overly rude. Now they have a new manager that is there that is a liar out of this world. She is rude and doesn't even return phone calls. This apartment stole my deposit after they allowed me to end my lease early because there were rats in my apartments. I have a two year old that was one at the time and I kept asking them to move me after I saw the droppings in my apartment.Worst of all they told me that they had gotten the creature and it was a squirrel...LIARS!!! I came home one night to find a rat running around my toddlers bedroom. I have pictures take a look. That place is horrible and I hope they all lose their jobs. Expectually the manager.

Emerald Pointe has come a long long way i remember when it was Wrens Crossing Lord Help I love it now i even moved back Management is Great Manager that is there now has resident parties they never ever did that before she and the staff go above and beyond i have lived ther twice never had rat my family also lives there never had rats.Jamco has done an amazing job

Maybe that rat was attracted to your unkept house!!!!! You keep talking about how HORRIBLE everthing was but did you pay your rent on time? Maybe you didn't get back your deposit because you didn't AND/OR they had to clean up a nasty apartment that you left!!!!!!! Critters are attracted to FILTH!!!!!!!

Actually my house was always clean. Mostly because I work for the military and was always TDY. And yes my rent was always paid on time and my house was clean when I left. The reason for them not giving me my deposit back was because I didn't give them 2 months notice before I moved. And you are right critters are attracted to filth and my guess is you would know because they probably live in your home. Be mindful of what you say because you never know to whom you are seeking with dear.
