My experience at Fairway Pointe has been horrific. I've encounter car theft, rodents, roaches, discrimination, verbally insulted by other other tenants, poor maintenance, and my list could run on forever. My children have been condemned to live inside and not be able to run their bikes or play at the playground. One year ago 4 doors away from mine lived a convicted Child Molester. One door away from me lived a drug dealer. I've constantly have had to tolerate domestic abuse due to my neighbors, actual physical confrontations outside! Teenagers dismiss the curfew, and hang out, smoking marijuana. My apartment has been vandalized; my window has been cracked by a rock that was thrown by some young children. My car has been bulgarized twice! I've heard gunshots, I've seen fights, my children have been called terrible names because were Latinos. I had developed Insomnia due to the constant fear I felt living there. I would not recommend this property to anyone. They plan to put gates infront of this property to control the viloence, but what they failed to notice it's not it's surroundings, it's the tenants! I just thank the Lord I'm alive, and never have to fear, gunshots thur my walls, or being attacked.
