Worst apartments ever, dont be fooled by the pictures they have up because those i hate to say it are old. Yes we do have a gate but that doesnt stop anything, people come in and out as long as they follow behind someone. There is a camera in front of the gate for security purposes but guess what....it doesnt work. Half of the time the gate is wide open especially during the day. I have been staying here for 2 years and ready to run out of the door. I recently started seeing roaches and i called for them to exterminate but i guess that just gave them energy because i started seeing more of them. The managers are constantly changing mainly every 3 months due to theft, your neighbors are kicking in doors while you are at work. Its just crazy the only thing that i can say is that the flat apartments are a nice size other than that DONT GO. There is so much unorganization in the complex we had this one incident where one of the renters was evected right after paying the rent and come to find out it was the wrong person, now can we all say law suit. they just dont care but long as they get there money on the first why should they change.
