Dont get me wrong, these apartments are easy on the purse, but not worth it. First of all, they show you a very decent model apt with new appliances, clean, bug free, then lease you just the opposite. my apt has the thinnest walls and doors in georgia. The front doors are like bathroom or closet doors, i think they are all the same. The cockroaches are as big as a toddlers foot, my toilet was broken when i moved in, my carpet filthy ( food debris and broken glass and old carpet padding), my fridge, rusted, my entry doors (2 side by side') look as though theyve been kicked in, I got teenagers posted up outside selling weed to the neighborhood. I filled out a survey (required by complex) and still no changes. I have no problems with the neighbors on this side but others in the neighborhood fire off weapons and smoke drugs in public w/ no prob. I want to break my lease so bad and move to the city because the location is inconvenient ( new to the area, you live and you learn) perfect for the slow, settled type who may be content with a slow paced lifestyle but too inconvenient (and violent) for true moneymakers, movers & shakers. If you like to LIVE take your show on the road and rent in the city.
